Complaints Channel

The complaints channel guarantees the effective application of the legislation and of the marked guidelines in our Code of Conduct. It is an application which helps the suppliers, individuals or any other interested part to communicate, anonymously and absolutely confidentially, the financial and accounting breaches which they observe, as well as different behavior patterns which are found not in line with our corporate behavior.

Within CaixaBank we will treat the complaints received anonymously and objectively, promoting measures to resolve it, in accordance with our internal procedures.
