WHISTLEBLOWING CHANNEL<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p> The Whistleblowing Channel, as part of the internal information System, is a means that CaixaBank Group <\/b><\/span>makes available to the supplier and any person who works for or under their supervision <\/span><\/b>to facilitate the confidential and agile communication of <\/span>facts likely to be contrary to the provisions of the <\/span>Supplier Code of Conduct<\/i>, including those assumptions constituting fraud and even criminal.
